  • 3 carrots, washed and cut into sturdy sticks
  • 3 celery stalks, washed and cut into sturdy sticks

Thunder's Bolt Dip

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Small pinch of salt

Method

Let's make it

  1. Wash the carrots and celery and cut them into sturdy sticks.

  2. Stir all of the dip ingredients together until smooth.

  3. Refrigerate the dip until serving.

  4. Arrange the carrot and celery sticks like lightning bolts around the dip.
