From Ginger's pantry

You'll need

  • 2 ripe bananas (the spotty ones)
  • 1 cup oats
  • A handful of chocolate chips or raisins

Let's make it

  1. Ask a grown-up to heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth.

  3. Stir in the oats, then the chocolate chips or raisins.

  4. Spoon little heaps onto a lined tray and flatten them gently.

  5. Grown-up: bake 12–15 minutes. Let them cool a little before tasting.

🔥 Oven — Ginger's Main Method

350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes. Let them cool a little before tasting.

💨 Air Fryer — Ginger's Small-Batch Method

On parchment in the basket, 320°F (160°C) for 8–10 minutes, about 5 little heaps at a time. They stay soft, so cool them before lifting.
