Ginger makes it
Ginger built this one on purpose: yogurt, fruit, a little crunch, a little chocolate. No oven, no stove, and one very enthusiastic taste-tester.
Lovely matches it
Chocolate, strawberries and hearts, all in one glass. Lovely calls the whole arrangement a love triangle. It is not a love triangle.
Lovely's tip
DON'T BE HALF-HEARTED — CUT YOUR STRAWBERRIES IN HALF!
GINGER WINS THIS ROUND
IT'S A BALANCED MATCH! Lovely demands a recount.
From Ginger's pantry
You'll need
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- About 2 tablespoons chocolate chips or shaved chocolate
- Optional: granola or chopped nuts
- Optional: hemp hearts
Use what you've got
- Don't have hemp hearts? No problem — use what you've got. The parfait is still perfectly Lovely without them.
Aprons on
Let's make it
Slice the strawberries lengthwise so each half shows its natural heart shape. A grown-up handles or supervises the knife.
Layer yogurt and strawberry hearts in a glass or bowl, then repeat.
Add granola or chopped nuts if you'd like some crunch.
Finish with a sprinkle of hemp hearts and a little shaved chocolate, if you have it.

🥣 No Cooking Needed
No oven and no stove — everything is layered cold in a glass.
Twin talk
- Ginger: “Technically, cutting them in half makes them more half-hearted.”
- Lovely: “No, Ginger. It makes TWO hearts.”
- Ginger: “…I'm not arguing with that math.”
- Lovely: “Good. I have idears.”
- Lovely: “Ginger! I found HEARTS!”
- Ginger: “Those are hemp hearts.”
- Lovely: “Exactly. Hearts.”
- Ginger: “They're seeds.”
- Lovely: “They're called hearts, Ginger. Don't argue with the package.”
- Lovely: “Chocolate + strawberries + hearts? That's not just a match. That's a LOVE TRIANGLE!”
- Ginger: “That's really not what a love triangle means.”
- Lovely: “Isn't that… Lovely?”
Contains: Milk. Always check the labels on your own ingredients with a grown-up.
