- 2 cups (340 g) milk, dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows

Use what you've got
- Use dried cranberries or freeze-dried strawberries in place of marshmallows or sprinkles.
Aprons on
Let's make it
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and gather all the toppings before melting the chocolate.
Ask a grown-up to melt the 2 cups of chocolate until smooth.
Pour the chocolate onto the parchment and spread it into an even rectangle about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
Scatter over the marshmallows, pretzels and sprinkles. Press them very gently into the surface.
If using the white chocolate, ask a grown-up to melt it and drizzle it across the bark.
Chill for 30 minutes, or until completely firm. A grown-up breaks or cuts the bark into about 16 pieces. Store it in a cool place.
