From Ginger's pantry
You'll need
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger + a pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp molasses (or a little extra brown sugar)

Let's make it
Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, ginger and cinnamon in a mug. Mix.
Add the milk, oil and molasses. Stir until smooth.
Grown-up: microwave about 1½ minutes, until just set on top.
Grown-up: lift the hot mug out. Let it cool a few minutes.
Eat it straight from the mug with a spoon. Builder's privilege.
